Every luxury you can imagine. Beautiful city and harbour views, pools, gym, internet. Car exchange OK.

FOR A NON SYNCHRONOUS EXCHANGE ONLY.

Our house is positioned on the slope overlooking the beach. It has 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 and is luxuriously appointed. We have a heated pool, high speed internet and an open fire. The house has been fully renovated and refurnished in 2010.
Whale Beach is to Sydney what The Hamptons are to NYC or Cape Cod is to Boston, but closer..less than an hour from the centre of Sydney. We have movie theatres, banks, cafes, boutiques, galleries, bakeries and supermarkets. And we have restaurants and more restaurants 5 minutes by car from the house. Within less than a kilometre are golf courses, tennis courts, fishing, sailing and hiking in the adjacent National Park.

WE DO NOT TRAVEL OCT 1-MAY 1
DURING 2012 OUR NEIGHBOURS WILL RENOVATE
AND THERE WILL BE SOME NOISE AND
BUILDING RELATED ACTIVITY NEARBY. OUR VIEW
WILL NOT BE AFFECTED.
